An accomplished inventor, manufacturer, and electrical engineer, Don’s has expertise in geothermal drilling and advanced energy systems development.

Yuri Abramian, MA, is a seasoned international professional with a distinguished academic and business background spanning over four decades. He earned his degree from Moscow State University, specializing in Linguistics, History, and Military Science, building a strong foundation in communication, cultural analysis, and strategic thinking.

A true global citizen, Yuri has traveled to more than 35 countries and speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Armenian, Bulgarian, and Polish. His multilingual fluency and cross-cultural experience have enabled him to successfully build relationships and conduct business across diverse international markets.

With over 40 years of experience in sales and business development, Yuri has worked across a wide range of industries, including water systems, construction materials, jewelry, alarm systems, health products, and bioenergy solutions. His career reflects adaptability, deep market knowledge, and a consistent ability to identify growth opportunities in both traditional and emerging sectors.

Larry Appelbaum
Business Development

Larry Appelbaum has built a diverse career in sales, marketing, and executive leadership spanning nearly five decades across multiple industries. Beginning in 1976, he developed extensive experience in the cable and satellite television sectors, securing contracts with major companies including TCI, Time Warner, and Echostar. He later owned a home automation company in Aspen, Colorado, and received advanced THX home theater design training at Lucasfilm.

Appelbaum held senior sales roles with Antec, managing 13 western states, and with Pace Micro Technology, the world’s largest digital set-top box manufacturer, where he oversaw North American accounts. While at Pace, he served on the FCC’s Advanced Television Systems Committee (T3-S8), contributing to conditional access and encryption standards. He was also instrumental in Verizon’s fiber-to-the-home deployment in Southern California.

Throughout his career, Appelbaum has led and advised companies in technology, alternative fuels, consumer products, and entertainment, including partnering with Hosonic Electronics, a major micro-component supplier to Apple.

Alex is founder of Brandmother.  He is a marketing, finance and communications professional who has worked in start-ups and Fortune 100 organizations.  He has experience in branding, market research, design, digital marketing, product management, business metrics, software as a Service (SaaS) and team leadership.  He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School in marketing and finance and a BA from Vanderbilt. 

Antonio Baltazar 
General Contractor /Project Manager

Antonio Baltazar is a Director and General Contractor of AB Construction & Home Improvement LLC, where he oversees project execution, operations, and quality control with a strong emphasis on precision and structural integrity. He also serves as Director of AB Healthy Homes LLC and Sound Structures Foundation Inc., supporting initiatives focused on safe housing, community development, and long-term sustainability.

Antonio brings extensive hands-on experience in both government and industrial sectors. He formerly worked as a contractor at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah, where he contributed to projects requiring strict compliance, security standards, and high-level performance. In addition, he worked with Fluor Daniels in the refinery industry, gaining valuable experience in large-scale industrial environments, safety protocols, and complex project coordination.

His background in federal and industrial contracting has shaped his disciplined, detail-oriented leadership style. Under his direction, projects are delivered with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Through his work across construction, healthy housing, and nonprofit leadership, Antonio remains dedicated to building innovative and proprietary strong structures — and stronger communities.

Artemio “Art” Baltazar
General Contractor /Project Manager

Artemio “Art” Baltazar is a Director and General Contractor of AB Construction & Home Improvement LLC, where he leads residential and commercial improvement projects with a commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term value. Alongside his leadership in construction, Art serves as Director of AB Healthy Homes LLC and Sound Structures Foundation Inc., expanding his impact into healthy housing initiatives and community-focused development.

Before fully dedicating himself to construction and business leadership, Art worked as a Health and Life Insurance Broker, where he developed a strong foundation in client advocacy, financial protection planning, and relationship management. His diverse professional background contributes to his strategic approach to business, operations, and client service.

Art’s work has been recognized with multi-million dollar awards from the U.S. Federal Government, reflecting his commitment to excellence and compliance at the highest standards. In addition to his work in construction and insurance, he has experience in the import and export of metals and compost-related products, demonstrating a broad understanding of logistics, trade, and sustainable materials.

Working closely with his brother and business partner, Antonio Baltazar, whose background includes contracting work at Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, Utah, and experience with Fluor Daniels in the refinery industry, Art continues to build enterprises grounded in craftsmanship, accountability, and service.
